End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Gemseek ("Company", "We", "Our") governing your use of the Gemseek mobile application ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install and do not use the Application.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and any applicable app store policies.

2. User Conduct & Content Restrictions

You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

  • Use the Application for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Post, share, or distribute any objectionable, offensive, or abusive content, including but not limited to hate speech, harassment, discrimination, violence, or sexually explicit material.
  • Impersonate a person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Application's operation or security.

3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content & Abusive Behavior

We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes:

  • Any form of harassment, intimidation, or threats against other users.
  • Sharing or promoting illegal activities.
  • Posting misleading or false information with the intent to harm others.
  • Engaging in inappropriate or offensive interactions.

Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Application, and may be reported to appropriate authorities if necessary.

4. Moderation System & Reporting

To ensure a safe environment, Gemseek provides a reporting system allowing users to report inappropriate content or behavior. We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates this Agreement.

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our policies, please report it using the "Report User" button available on the user's profile page.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Application.

7. Modifications to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Application after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
